The floral arrangement was very nice. I was satisfied. I was disappointed by the size of the cross. I ordered a large cross at extra cost to fit into the arrangement but received a smaller shorter cross. ---- Florist's Response: Ms Jackson, That is the cross you chose. We have only one size. That is the crystal cross which is very expensive one. Maybe there's a misunderstanding. Customer Response: Florist very accommodating. Resolved matter. Customer fully satisfied. Funeral Home mix-up
